Troubleshooting

On this page, you will find solutions to some known issues that you may encounter.

Unihertz Atom issues

Unihertz Atom is known to have very aggressive background processes policies which can result in issues such as unresponsive SDK, or random disconnects. To alleviate these issues you will need to change some device settings:

• Open system settings -> Smart Assistant -> Appblocker. Then you can either disable it completely, or you can give exception PG Config and PG Work.

• Open system settings -> DuraSpeed. Then you can either disable DuraSpeed completely, or you can allow ProGlove Connect to run in the background.

These setttings have been tested on Unihertz Atom with Android 9.
